Type HP250

High-pressure pump

The POMTAVA HP250 pump is specially designed for high-pressure applications up to 250 bar, for medium to high viscosity products. Its robust construction with 4 bearings supporting the shafts makes it ideal for dispensing products such as polyurethanes and other resins. An ADLC surface treatment can be applied to all areas in contact with the product to extend the pump's service life, especially when dosing abrasive products.

The pump can handle pressure differences of up to 250 bar. The advantage is that an inlet pressure of up to 250 bar can also be applied, thereby drastically reducing the torque and thus also the size and power consumption of the drive motor.

The HP250 pump has an «inline» inlet/outlet configuration with two G3/4« threads, directly in contact with the gear area, which facilitates filling and product expulsion, especially for high-viscosity products. The sealing system, consisting of a Teflon packing (gland type), is easy to maintain.
