The body, the center plate and gears, the rear cover, the drive shaft and the idler shaft are in tempered stainless steel.

The pump seal is made up of combined sealing methods (liquid barrier and chevron seals. A constant pressure on the chevron seals enhance the performance and the life span of the sealing. The drive shaft is strengthened by perfectly sized axial thrust and ball bearing. The front mounting of the sealing allows for a very rapid replacement without disassembling the pump during maintenance work. Centering pins increase precision during the assembly phase.

This pump can also be ordered in the PS version – following plate - (type 4610-2) or in the Inline version (type 4610-3) for high viscosity products.
