Our range of pneumatic valves

POMTAVA valves are pneumatic needle valves with a closed position at rest. They are opened by compressed air, and closed by a spring when the compressed air is released.

The VPT - Type U valve is available with 2 spring types of different strengths. With a stronger spring, the valve can be used in applications where the pressure is higher, but will also require more pilot air pressure to open.

The VPT - Type S version is built with a one-piece bellows seal that deforms like an accordion. This design makes it possible to work with difficult products, such as solvents, glues, hardeners and other resins.

The MV valve version is our new ultra-compact microvalve. Its stainless-steel design ensures rock-solid reliability. A patented system enables air to be conveyed into the piston chamber without piston retraction, guaranteeing a constant, reduced footprint. This valve is available in both rod seal and bellows versions for difficult products such as hardeners. These valves can be installed on POMTAVA bypass blocks or on color changers (see here our ultra-compact changer range) for example.

Depending on the model, these valves are available with different needle diameters.
