Type 15
Pumps for aggressive products
The pumps in the Type 15 family are available in three main models: 1615 / 2615 /3615. The main difference between each model is the range of flow rates it offers.
This range of pumps is specially designed for dosing water, solvents, or any type of low-viscosity, non-loaded, and/or non-greasy fluid up to pressures of 15 bar. An optional ADLC surface treatment is available to further improve the pump's service life and facilitate rinsing, thanks to the low friction coefficient of this coating. The 15-4 series pumps can also be equipped with a bypass block controlled by a pneumatic valve to improve the quality and duration of rinsing.
PEEK wheels offer resistance to heat, chemicals, and wear, while maintaining low friction and dimensional stability. These properties improve the performance, durability, and reliability of pumps, even in demanding environments.
