The piston pump

The piston pump for dosing low-viscosity products is distinguished by its total absence of leakage, guaranteeing constant precision at both low and high speeds. Suitable for all working pressures, this pump is ideal for sensitive products that must not be damaged or abused. As an option, a titanium coating can be applied for dosing abrasive products, increasing the pump's durability.

This pump is based on the plunger principle and Archimedes' principle. Its operation is characterized by a precise ball screw pitch, enabling optimum flow control. The diameter of the plunger is much smaller than that of the flow chamber, with the outside diameter of the plunger defining the dosing volume. This configuration ensures reliable performance and perfect adaptation to the specific requirements of industrial applications.

A pneumatically-operated diverter directs the flow of product when reversing the direction of piston function.

At the end is a ball screw that connects easily to your motor with a standard flexible coupling.
