Our paint and hardener pumps meet the most demanding requirements in terms of endurance, precision and rinsability. Various surface treatments, such as ADLC (Amorphous Diamond-Like Carbon), enable us to meet these requirements by extending equipment life and reducing paint antenna cleaning time. The end result is substantial savings in solvent and paint consumption.
We have also developed integrated bypass systems that not only short-circuit the pump, but also greatly improve pump flushing, including shaft flushing options on certain models.
All our paint products are highly modular, depending on your needs. For example, the pump can be fitted with a customized connection block to match the pressure transmitters used and the inlet/outlet hose diameters. Color changers are also highly customizable (recirculation, controlled recirculation, blocks for scraping systems, mixing blocks for 2-component or more applications, etc.).

POMTAVA gear metering pumps for paint applications are suitable for all types of solvent or waterborne paint, for primers, basecoats and clearcoats. For hardeners, too, we offer customized solutions, with sealing systems guaranteeing complete separation of the product from the ambient air, and specially adapted pneumatic valves to avoid blockages due to product hardening.
