SRZ helical screw flowmeters

Measuring/dosing high-viscosity products

Helical flow meters (SRZ) are volumetric flow meters that are mainly used for highly viscous, abrasive, and contaminated fluids, as well as for lubricating and non-lubricating fluids. These include polyurethane, polymers, and viscous materials, as well as greases and oils of all kinds. Thanks to their design, temperature fluctuations and the resulting changes in fluid viscosity have only a marginal effect on measurement accuracy. Only high-quality stainless steels that can withstand even corrosive media are used in the manufacture of screw flow meters. Short response times, highly dynamic behavior, and high measurement accuracy ensure precise regulation and control of volume flows in demanding applications.
