The Type 2622 pump stands out for its robustness and excellent rinsing capacity. The additional rinsing system through the shafts cleans all dead zones of the pump in record time. This makes it the perfect choice for applications such as base and primer spraying, and wherever color changes are very frequent. Its robustness, combined with the ADLC surface treatment, extends pump life, even with relatively abrasive paints.

The pump is equipped with a rinsing block (available separately) with 2 POMTAVA pneumatic valves. The first valve acts as a bypass for the pump, while the second controls a rinsing agent supply, in direct communication with the pump shafts.

The pump shaft sealing system is also designed for critical applications, such as highly pigmented bases. Its simple construction makes maintenance easy, especially when changing seals. It is, of course, compatible with the entire range of other POMTAVA paint pumps, and various product terminal blocks are also available, with or without housing for pressure transmitters.
